Our Cheeses Really Are that Good!

‘I wanted to write to give some feedback re the Vegan cheese-making kit which I bought for a friend who has newly become Vegan.  I must admit, he was rather sceptical when he saw the gift (thought it might not taste too good!) but he has made the Parmesan and the Mozzarella and is SO pleased.  It’s so easy and he actually made the mozzarella while I was there and I have to say, it had the taste and texture of dairy-based mozzarella and was quite delicious.  So, thank you so much for a great gift.  You have also introduced him to nutritional yeast, which has added such variety to his diet now.’
